Ihre Aufgabe:

DIAMIX – Abfüllung
Sicherstellung der konformen Produktfertigung
Bedienen, Reinigen und Warten der Abfüllanlagen im Arbeitsbereich nach Vorgaben der SOP’s
Kontrolle der bereitgestellten Kennzeichnungs- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
Einhalten aller Arbeitsanweisungen zur Qualitätskontrolle und Durchführung des Probenzugs
Erstellen der Chargendokumentation
Containerreinigung, Konfektionierung von Fertigprodukten, Kanisteraufsatz
DIAMIX-Fässer vorbereiten, sowie Aufbereitung der Transportmittel
Aufbau von Smartbag 300L Boxen
Interne Transporte des Fertigprodukts zum Warenausgang
Unterstützungsaufgaben zur Bereitstellung von Einsatzmaterialien
Produktionsaufgaben zur Sicherstellung der Patientenversorgung
Einhalten aller IMS- und GMP-Vorgaben
Entlade – und Verladetätigkeiten
Reinigung nach Hygienevorschriften

Ihr Profil:

Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld (idealerweise im Pharma-/ Gesundheitsbereich oder der Lebensmittelindustrie)
Kenntnisse der GMP-Dokumentationspraktiken
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
Gewissenhaftigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Eigenständigkeit
Erfahrung im Umgang von Prozessleitsystemen z.B. PCS7
