ATR Financial Specialist NA (3 months fixed-term)

We are currently looking for an ATR Financial Specialist who can support a 3-month project. This role will be responsible for supporting the BAU activities of the ATR Team such as invoice clean-up, recording of transactions, and timely processing of tax payments.
Responsibilities:
Review and verify the property tax bill or invoice.
Call the taxing authority if necessary.
Identify, rectify, follow-up, and resolve the issues related to the bill status.
Analyze and prepare the tax table computation.
Prepare and process the tax payment for the supervisor's approval.
Update the monitoring sheet or payments tracker.
Prepare and post the journal entries in the general ledger related to payments.
Perform other activities may assign if needed.

Open to fresh graduates in BS Accountancy or related degrees
SAP knowledge is preferred but not required
