Manager Statutory/IFRS Accounting (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erstellung der Buchhaltungsvorgaben in Form von Policies und SOPs in englischer Sprache für die Einzelabschlüsse nach IFRS aller FME Gesellschaften sowie die dazugehörigen Trainingseinheiten
- Abstimmung der daraus resultierenden Prozessänderungen mit dem ICS Team, um sicherzustellen, dass die dazugehörigen Kontrollen zum Zeitpunkt der Implementierung der Policies und SOPs zum Prozess passen
- Informieren und trainieren der Buchhalter weltweit sowie das Global Business Service Centers über die Prozessänderungen aufgrund der neuen Policies und SOPs
- Ansprechpartner des Global Business Service Centers für IFRS Statutory Accounting Fragen
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten
- Erstellung monatlicher Analysen
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Abschlusserstellung und der Erstellung von Richtlinien nach internationaler Rechnungslegung erforderlich, idealerweise innerhalb eines Konzerns oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Weiterbildung zum CPA, IFRS Accountant, ACCA Association of Charted Certified Accountants oder vergleichbare Zusatzqualifikation
- Sehr gute MS-Office und SAP R/3 FI Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit Trainingseinheiten zu erstellen und erfolgreich durchzuführen
- Strukturierte, systematische Vorgehensweise, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen
- Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Auslandserfahrung
- Reisebereitschaft
