In this context he/she is especially responsible for the:

· Administration, configuration, and enhancement of the SAP Signavio platform, ensuring that it supports the discovery, documentation and optimization of business processes across the company.

· Driving the SAP Signavio tool chain integration in the Fresenius Medical Care Process Excellence ecosystem.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive

business success.

Tasks

Operations

· Analyse the business needs, define the detailed requirements, and present a recommended solution to the customer.

· Design the SAP Signavio BPM platform according to the business needs and industry best practices to enable operational improvements.

· Administer and maintain the SAP Signavio platform, ensuring optimal peformance, data security, and dataintegrity.

· Collaborate with various cross functional teams and use SAP Signavio to model, analyse, and optimize business processes.

· Provide guidance and support to Signavio FME user community, offering training, best practices in process management and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

· Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP Signavio and business process management to recommend and implement enhancements.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to process modelling and system administration.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate SAP Signavio with other systems and tools within the FME Process Excellence ecosystem.

· Participate in Process Excellence initiatives to drive the successful implementation of process improvements.

Quality, Legal & Compliance

· Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time (“FME Policies”).

· Keep yourself updated about the current version of the FME Policies that are relevant for your role and integrate corporate values in daily business.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success

· Certification in SAP Signavio or similar tool is a PLUS.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field required.

· Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in business process management and familiarity with process modelling notations and tools.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven abilities in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

· Proven ability to understand complex business requests and translate them into solutions.

· Experience working in transformational change in complex environment.

· Excellent team player who can work with virtual and global cross functional teams.

· Broad knowledge of business processes, business metrics, business platforms, and interrelationships between organizations.

· Experience in designing and applying operational processes optimization frameworks such as Lean

Management, Six Sigma, design thinking and other process modelling/ re-engineering tools.

· Proven Experience in implementing large scale Software Solutions.

· Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

· Validation and Regulatory Frameworks (GMP)

· Understand and use modern communication software and systems.

· Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office Package incl. SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Celonis etc.).

· Strong knowledge of SAP Signavio, including system administration and design.

· Experience in designing and implementing APIs by leveraging Azure Pipeline and Python Script.

· Good knowledge of JavaScript programming.

· Experience working with SAP

· Country language and English fluent as a must (presenting, writing, reading).

· Other languages besides country language an asset.

· Flexible working schedule with late night/early morning support hours if needed.

· Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
