Goal of the position:

The Learning Measurement Analyst, reporting to the Director, Global Learning Measurement and Digital Content Strategy, supports learning academies by developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. They analyze project data, training utilization data, and learner feedback to measure, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The role requires expertise in designing and maintaining dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing actionable insights based on data analysis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Qualtrics, PowerBI/Tableau, and Excel.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data visualization and dashboards.

  • Analyze data and provide insights that drive business decisions and improve performance.

  • Support the design and implementation of a consistent global  Learning Measurement strategy and measurement processes, skills, and behaviors across the organization.

  • Configure and maintain Qualtrics learning surveys and dashboards, including reviewing effectiveness of surveys to ensure they meet survey design and measurement best practices (e.g. items not double-barreled or leading, etc.)  

  • Drives adoption of analytics tool and dashboard by providing end-users with training on the use of available reporting/dashboards as well as how to extract value and take action on dashboard data.

  • Define KPIs and implement measurement plans aligned to goals of the Learning organization, business training teams and senior leadership.

  • Support stakeholders to ensure adoption of new measurement processes, skills, and behaviors across the organization.

  • Partner with People Analytics department as necessary to link learning data to other internal HR and business data sources (e.g. turnover, engagement, etc.) to identify key business insights to inform action plans and demonstrate the business impact of learning.  

  • Provide overall learning measurement guidance, subject matter expertise, and collaborate with project teams to define KPIs and execute on reporting needs.

  • Keep abreast of developments in the field of learning measurement to advise and recommend tools and strategies which will increase program impact.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in related field

  • Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding

  • Ability to effectively build relationships and influence others.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and teams.

  • Organized, efficient, detail-oriented

  • Experience in using data to advance decisions, strategies, and execution.

  • Experience making cohesive reports and structuring data from disparate sources, able to provide data visualization and to message analytics subject matter

  • Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills

  • Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B2)

  • Additional language knowledge (different than Polish and English) will be an asset
