Die nephrologische Fachkraft bzw. der Human Factors / Usability Engineer (m/w/d) bringt seine umfassenden Marktkenntnisse & Anwendungserfahrungen im Bereich von Fresenius Medical Care-Produkten sowie sein Usability-Wissen gewinnbringend in das Unternehmen ein.
Die Nephrologische Fachkraft für die Entwicklung bzw. der Human Factors / Usability Engineer (m/w/d) arbeitet dabei in internationalen Teams mit verschiedensten Interessensgemeinschaften zusammen und leistet durch seine Tätigkeit als integraler Bestandteil eines interdisziplinären Projektteams einen maßgeblichen Beitrag zur Entwicklung innovativer, nutzerfreundlicher und sicherer Produkte mit Mehrwert für Patienten und Anwender.
Ihre Aufgabe:
- Einbringung von medizinischem Fachwissen und praktischen Erfahrungen zu Abläufen in Hämodialysezentren/ -kliniken sowie zum Umgang mit Hämodialysegeräten
- Durchführung aller Human Factors / Usability Engineering Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Produktentwicklungsprozesses (inkl. Kontextanalysen)
- Koordination aller Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler Standards im Bereich der Produktentwicklung von Medizinprodukten wie IEC 62366-1 und FDA/NMPA Regularien & Guidelines (von der Analyse über das Design bis zur Auswertung von Usability Studien).
- Erhebung von User Requirements
- Erarbeitung erforderlicher Usability-Dokumente
- Durchführung und Auswertung formativer und summativer Evaluationen
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Bewertung von Bedienungsfehlern (Use Related Errors) im Markt in Hinblick auf Anwender-/Patientengefährdungen im Rahmen der Marktbeobachtungspflicht (Post Market Surveillance)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Produktinformationen (z.B. IFU, SM & Terminologie)
- Prozessanalyse & Prozessoptimierung
- Entwicklung von Bedienkonzepten und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von User Interfaces (z.B. GUI)
- Unterstützung von und Austausch mit Anwendungsexperten
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Krankenpflegeausbildung, mit Zusatzqualifikation als Fachpfleger/ -schwester Nephrologie mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Hämodialyse oder vollständig abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Factors, Usability, Medizintechnik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten, bevorzugt im Bereich der Dialyse.
- Gutes medizinisches Fachwissen im Bereich der Nierenersatztherapie und der extrakorporalen Behandlungsverfahren sowie der Bedienung von Hämodialysegeräten
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Klinikmanagementsystemen und der Anwendung von Medical Software im Bereich der Nierenersatztherapie und/ oder Kenntnisse im Bereich des Usability Engineerings und dem Einsatz von Usability Methoden für die Entwicklung gebrauchstauglicher Dialyseprodukte.
- Hohes Maß an technischem Verständnis
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
- Gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
- Solide Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Grundkenntnisse in Electronic Data Management
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
