Global Portfolio Marketing Manager (InCenter Hemo Dialysis Renal Therapies)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Manages the marketing efforts (planning/positioning, promotion, market access, and product life-cycle management) for assigned product(s) in global. Ecosystem healthcare market segment. Collaborates with appropriate local country stakeholders to help execute the Hemodialysis Portfolio strategy. Works to develop, execute/implement, and communicate overall product marketing plan and strategies.  Assists with establishment and execution of short- and long-term goals and objectives for product marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with divisional and company strategic plans.  Ensures all promotional/advertising materials meet internal and Regulatory and Compliance guidelines. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Actively promote and support the implementation of Renal Portfolio globally through the Regional Renal Portfolio Marketing Subject Matter Experts (MSME).  

  • Ensure appropriate communication, alignment of Renal portfolio strategy, and utilization of available resources to complete objectives.  

  • Collaborate closely with the In Center Product global managers to identify product claims around the ecosystem value categories that contribute to communicating the value of FME partnership.  

  • Identify country-specific support to facilitate the implementation process within the countries, track its effectiveness, and make recommendations to improve internal processes.  

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional internal stakeholders (i.e Commercial business services, Commercial team, In Center business Unit, Sales& marketing local teams) and provide Renal portfolio feedback/support on their perceptions and request.  

  • Follow up on execution of the Renal portfolio offer rollout and monitor the performance to help ensure KPIs are on track.  

  • Support project management to ensure all action items, risks, issues, and decisions are documented, communicated, and completed.  

  • Support Ecosystem communication using all agreed-upon channels to ensure best practice sharing and informed, up-to-date stakeholders and project teams.  

  • Development of briefings, presentations, strategic guidance, marketing materials, or any other requirements (i.e. management meetings, marketing materials, and other specific needs)

  • Travel 20-30% to conduct business at various locations (customer offices/clinics, and trade shows, other FME subsidiaries).  

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree in business or a related field required; MBA with a background in healthcare is preferred. 

  • 5 or more years’ experience in MedTech marketing, sales, and business related.  

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare Eco Systems and or Pharma, strongly preferred.  

  • Experience in Project and Product Management a must 

  • Must have experience with global complex cross-functional environments and be adaptable.  

  • Maintains pro-active approaches to all situations, with ability to anticipate problems and come up with appropriate solutions. 

  • Ability to think strategically and be decisive.  

  • Ability to communicate and present to a range of audiences.  

  • Must be results and deadline driven.  

  • Demonstrates FME values every day. 

  • Requires knowledge of all MS Office applications.
