Ihre Aufgaben

Bewerten und technische Untersuchung von Complaints von Wassertechnik Equipment gemäß Risikoklassen (Medizinprodukte und Nicht-Medizinprodukte)
Untersuchung der Ausfallursache und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Rücksprache bei Unklarheiten mit globaler Complaint Handling Unit oder direkt mit Landesansprechpartnern, Service Managern bzw. Technikern
Sichten und Bewerten von Serviceberichten mit dem Ziel systematische Fehler im Feld zu ermitteln
Erstellen von Testaufbauten und Durchführung von Testläufen, um Fehler zu simulieren oder nachzustellen
Mithilfe beim Erstellen von Auswertungen und Reports zum Thema Complaints

Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischem Bereich
Alternativ besitzen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Facharbeiter oder Techniker im technischen oder medizintechnischem Umfeld
Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung mit
Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse zu Aufbau und Funktion von RO-, Konzentratmisch, Media Supply Produkten
Ebenfalls sind Kenntnisse zu EN ISO 13485, 21CFR820, ISO 9001 wünschenswert
Gute IT Kenntnisse in den Programmen MS Office, QTrak (Trackwise), QDok (Windchill), gPDM (Windchill), ERP (AP+) sind von Vorteil
Eine eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie genauso selbstverständlich wie bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
Sie kommunizieren sicher in der deutschen und der englischen Sprache (mündlich und schriftlich)
Sie haben Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und Spaß an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (10 %)
