Duties:
Education & Experience:
Strong and effective communicator with the ability to communicate and influence across
all functions and job levels within the organization
Must stay up-to-date with general trends and best practices in the total rewards area
Comfortable in working within a matrix organization, across multiple geographies and
time-zones
Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to draw insights and conclusions
from data
Applying knowledge of business and the total rewards marketplace to help achieve
organization goals and strategy
Stepping up to address and drive forward difficult issues and thought processes
Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to recommend
appropriate business solution
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of compensation systems
Workday Compensation Management a plus
