As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

IT Training Lead, Senior Manager

Role Summary

The IT Enterprise Training Lead is accountable for establishing and leading a scalable, high-quality training capability across all IT programs and projects, ensuring consistent training standards, delivery discipline, and measurable adoption outcomes across the IT portfolio.

This role will immediately lead the training workstream for ESPHORA, a multi-year, multi-release SAP S/4HANA transformation, operating at global scale and coordinating training delivery across releases, regions, and stakeholder groups.

In this role, the Training Lead owns the enterprise training approach (governance, methods, tools, metrics, and delivery model) and ensures training outputs are aligned with business process design, program timelines, and deployment readiness—both for ESPHORA and as a repeatable model for future IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Planning

  • Refine and maintain the training approach across releases, ensuring alignment with program priorities, timelines, and constraints.
  • Prioritize training scope and sequencing based on business criticality and program readiness.

Program Integration, Delivery & Quality Oversight

  • Integrate the training workstream into the overall program plan, aligning with PMO milestones, release schedules, and deployment activities.
  • Establish and drive structured training plans, including dependencies across content development, Train-the-Trainer (TTT), End User Training (EUT), and deployment readiness.
  • Define reporting expectations, monitor progress, and actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
  • Ensure training outputs are aligned with upstream inputs (process design, role mapping, system readiness).
  • Oversee training content and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes and program priorities.
  • Ensure content updates and rework are controlled and aligned with program timelines.

Stakeholder Alignment & Issue Resolution

  • Partner with global program stakeholders, including Global Process Owners, IT Leads, Deployment Leads, PMO, and functional, regional, and local leaders, to ensure alignment of training scope and delivery.
  • Oversee business approval of learning needs assessment / curricula / training content. Drive trainer selection and all training related communications.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders; identify and close gaps where alignment is incomplete or conflicting.
  • Manage and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting training delivery, with clear recommendations.
  • Coordinate across Learning Management System (LMS) administration, training coordination, and content development activities to ensure end-to-end alignment.

Localization & Global Deployment

  • Define training localization approach and oversee translation and localization across regions and languages.
  • Ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and consistent across global and local contexts.
  • Oversee readiness and execution of global training deployment, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End User Training (EUT).

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and oversee tracking of training metrics, including completion, assessment results, and learner feedback.
  • Provide status updates and insights to program leadership.
  • Identify and drive improvements across releases based on data and lessons learned.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong learning and SAP domain knowledge; able to understand business processes and ensure training reflects accurate, end-to-end process design.
  • Strong program and project management capability; able to structure plans, define reporting expectations, and drive delivery through teams.
  • Effective stakeholder management; able to drive alignment, challenge assumptions, and resolve conflicting inputs across senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ownership; able to lead workstreams and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
  • Strong judgment; able to make decisions with incomplete information and adjust as conditions evolve.
  • Strong execution oversight; able to manage scope, timelines, and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Analytical thinking; able to synthesize inputs into clear direction and actionable decisions.

Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years in Learning & Development, including experience leading training workstreams within large, global transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing end-to-end training delivery for ERP or SAP programs.
  • Proven track record of driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and resolving conflicting requirements.
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed, multinational program environments.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
  • Experience managing multilingual and global training deployments.

“My goal is to make sure that our patients keep their mobility and quality of life. This goal is really personal for me. My own father always had really bad vasculature in his leg and never had access to the kind of care we offer — eventually he lost blood flow and mobility. Knowing what he went through makes me even more committed to our mission.”
