Clinical Application Specialist

Position Summary:
The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical and application support for Hemodialysis (HD), Critical Care, related products. This role serves as a key clinical interface between healthcare professionals, customers, Sales, and Marketing teams.
The position will deliver product and clinical training, support product demonstrations and implementation, troubleshoot clinical application issues, and help customers optimize the safe and effective use of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Application and Training
- Provide external clinical/application training for Hemodialysis, Critical Care machines, consumables, and related products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, hands-on training, and clinical education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Support customers during product introduction, implementation, and routine clinical use.
2. Clinical Support and Troubleshooting
- Work closely with customers, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to identify clinical application issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support troubleshooting related to product application and clinical workflow.
- Communicate customer feedback and clinical needs to relevant internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
- Provide on-site clinical application support when required.
3. HD and Critical Care Product Support
- Provide dedicated clinical application support for Hemodialysis and Critical Care product portfolios.
- Support clinical education and live demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop customer-specific clinical application plans.
4. Customer and Market Development Support
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support product introduction and adoption in hospitals and clinics.
- Provide clinical application support to help customers understand the clinical value and appropriate use of products.
- Support assigned Critical Care projects and execute clinical education and implementation plans.
- Participate in customer activities, workshops, demonstrations, and other clinical programs as assigned.

Qualifications：
Education and Professional Background：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Nursing or other healthcare-related disciplines preferred.
- Clinical background in Hemodialysis, Nephrology, ICU/Critical Care, or related clinical areas is highly preferred.
- Experience in dialysis, medical devices, clinical applications, or healthcare industry is an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills：
- Good understanding of clinical workflow and ability to learn medical device applications.
Strong presentation, education, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex clinical or technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Service, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable conducting hands-on product demonstrations and clinical training.
