Job Responsibilities

General Summary:

Responsible for occupational health management of the plant, including but not limited to occupational hazard assessment, organizing occupational‑health medical examinations and occupational hazard monitoring, establishing employees’ occupational health records, handling occupational‑health‑related communications, and supporting PPE management.

Responsible for communicating, promoting and rolling out the plant‑level vision and values. Conduct various EHS communications and engagements to raise employees’ EHS awareness and foster a positive overall EHS culture at the site.

负责工厂职业健康相关管理包括但不限于职业危害因素评估、组织职业病健康体检和职业健康危害因素检测、建立员工职业健康档案、职业相关事宜沟通、协助个人防护用品管理；负责开展并维护工厂层面愿景、价值观的沟通、宣传和交流， 负责EHS方面的各类交流和沟通，以期能提高员工EHS意识和工厂整体EHS氛围。

Job Specifications（All responsibilities and authorities of both PD and MD shall be included）:

工作职责权限（应包括MD和PD的所有职责权限）:

1. Serve as the company’s contact person for occupational health, taking full ownership of assessment for all occupational‑exposed positions, record establishment, occupational hazard monitoring, occupational‑health medical examinations, communication of monitoring and medical‑exam results, and occupational disease prevention.

作为公司职业健康模块对接人，全面负责公司所有职业相关岗位的评价、档案建立、危害因素检测、职业健康体检，检测和体检结果交流，职业病预防等事宜。 2. Act as the company’s liaison for internal communication and coordination; take overall charge of top‑down and bottom‑up communication for corporate culture including vision, mission and values, as well as the development, revision and release of promotional materials.

作为公司沟通交流协调人，全面负责公司文化：愿景，使命和价值观层面的上传下达，宣传资料制作，更新和发布。

3. As a member of the EHS team, organize various EHS activities, disseminate EHS information, and participate in routine EHS inspections, PLA inspections, holiday inspections and other related audits.

作为EHS团队成员，组织各类EHS活动，交流沟通EHS信息，参与EHS日常检查，PLA检查，节假日检查等等。

4. Be responsible for rectification of occupational‑health‑related hazards, incident investigation, and follow‑up on improvement actions.

负责职业健康相关隐患整改，事故调查，改进跟进等工作

5. Manage internal and external occupational‑health communications, covering internal staff across departments, as well as external stakeholders such as health commission authorities, occupational‑disease hospitals, and third‑party occupational‑health assessment institutes.

负责职业健康内外部沟通，包括其他各个部门员工，以及外部卫建委，职业病医院，职业健康评价第三方等

6. Complete form submission, maintenance and updates for various occupational‑health regulatory online platforms.

负责职业健康各类网站平台的填报，维护和更新等工作。

7. Participate in ISO 45001 & ISO45001 system management and audits, day‑to‑day system maintenance, as well as identification and assessment of occupational‑related risks.

参与ISO45001&ISO14001体系管理、审核、体系日常维护、职业相关风险识别和评估等工作 Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.其它由主管或经理安排的临时性工作。

Education Background:

教育背景:

1. University education or above in EHS related major is preferred；

具有本科或以上学历,化学工程、安全工程、环境工程相关专业优先；

Familiar with Chinese environment, occupational health, safety and fire‑protection regulations; Certified Safety Engineer or Certified Fire Protection Engineer qualification is preferred.熟悉中国环境/职业卫生/安全/消防等相关法律条规,有注册安全工程师证或注册消防工程师证者优先。

Work Experience:

Familiar with ISO 14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 H&S management system and safety standardization management. And improving continuous.

熟悉ISO140001环境管理系统和ISO45001职业卫生和安全标准体系并持续改善。 3 years or above experiences in EHS function experience.三年或以上的跨国企业EHS经验。
